Effective social facilitation in this context demands real-time communication, transparent reporting, secure data handling, and efficient stakeholder management systems.
Centralised Web-Based Social Facilitation Platform
A secure, cloud-hosted platform that serves as the core system for:

Stakeholder registration and profiling

Community engagement tracking

Grievance and issue management
•
Meeting scheduling and documentation
•
Communication management (SMS/email notifications)

Document and compliance management
The solution will digitise and streamline key social facilitation workflows, including:
